PURCHASE AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take a moment to read through the cancellation policies below. Your purchase confirms that you understand and agree to them.

Asheville Workshops/The Day In The Studio Workshops

Because these workshops are limited to four seats, cancellations affect the whole day. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop may be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable unless I can fill your seat. 

You're always welcome to transfer your seat to a friend. And if you are feeling unwell, please do not attend in person. Reach out as soon as possible, and we'll discuss possible options.

Digital Products & Instant Access Classes

All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access provided.

Online (Live) Zoom Workshops

If a recording is provided, no refunds are issued.
If not recorded, cancellations made 48 hours in advance may receive a full refund.

Private Spirit Doll Studio Retreats

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date.

Cancellations made 21 or more days before your retreat may be refunded, minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 21 days before your retreat are non-refundable unless we can reschedule.

You’re welcome to transfer your retreat to someone else, or reschedule once if we can find a date that works for both of us.
